shopping is a bit of a relaxing hobby for me, which is sometimes troubling for the bank balance.

The situation we currently find ourselves in resulted in the temporary closure of nonessential businesses. Who decided that makeup was nonessential? Luckily for us, we still have easy access to our favorite products online. It may be troubling though, to order products like foundation, concealers or blush when we cannot match it to our skin from across the screen. Individuals who seek gifts for their friends, families, or significant others may also find it difficult to find something useful for the person. Every person interested in makeup has brands they love and continuously use or go back to. Finding out what brand that is may be helpful in your quest for gifts. The key to finding perfect gifts or items the person will find useful daily is to choose universal items. For example, moisturizers or tools for the application process. During this time of social distancing, we should begin trying out products or techniques outside our comfort zone. Eyeliner or false lash application is something a handful of the population interested in makeup use. This could be due to the lack of knowledge and practice which could result in a person skipping that step completely. Now is the time to search up tutorials and practice those techniques.

some gift ideas that work all year round

Many of us are very picky when it comes to the products we use. This has to do with the fact that we know what works best for us and makes us look the best as well. If you are someone who wears lashes, you more than likely have a specific style you lean towards. There is a similar situation with the type or brand of foundation one chooses. But there are other products for example, mascara, lipsticks, highlighters, or eyeshadow palettes that seem to always be the perfects gifts. It is important to consider though, choosing items that are vegan or cruelty free in case the person finds that to be an important feature.

Hello everyone and welcome to a place where I basically share every bit of knowledge i have in regard to beauty. Everything I share is what has worked for me or what I have been taught in the past while studying cosmetology in high school. I graduated well over a year ago in May of 2018 from Southeast Career and Technical Academy located in Henderson, Nevada. Today, I am a self-employed licensed cosmetologist and work strictly by appointment only. I am currently majoring in Psychology at Nevada State College which forces me to be unable to accept new customers. I figured though, I should still figure out a way to continue using and sharing my knowledge, experience, and advice with those interested. Some interesting facts about me are as follows: -My favorite color is pink. -My current favorite movie is All The Bright Places (Netflix) -Some of my favorite shows are Elite, Cable Girls, All American, You, Money Heist, and Breaking Bad: Rookie Year along with a few others -My birthday is May 26 and I'm 19. -My Spotify playlists consist of The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Myke Towers, Danna Paola, Kenia Os, Cristian Nodal, and occasionally Ariana Grande =)
